We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sylvain Mulon as Operations Director France, effective Monday, 18 May 2026. In his role, Sylvain will be responsible for structuring, strengthening and leading the operations of Diaverum clinics in France.
He will play a key role within our organisation, with a particular focus on performance, diversification of activities, clinic management and the continuous improvement of patient pathways. Sylvain brings more than 15 years of experience in the dialysis sector, with a strong background in multi-site management, performance management and transformation.
He has held senior operational and general management responsibilities, combining strategic vision, strong field proximity and a deep understanding of specialised and highly regulated healthcare environments such as ours.
His background is also supported by significant experience in care organisation, as well as in the deployment of key digitalisation projects, particularly around electronic patient records and the harmonisation of practices. This combined operational and care-oriented perspective will be an important asset in supporting the evolution of our model.
His experience in performance management, team leadership, harmonisation of practices and deployment of cross-functional projects will contribute to strengthening our governance and supporting the sustainable development of Diaverum in France.
Sylvain will work closely with the Clinic Managers and Area Managers, who will report directly to him, as well as with the medical teams and support functions, in order to reinforce operational discipline, improve coordination across our sites and ensure that our organisation is fully aligned with the needs of our patients and healthcare partners.
