The beginning of this month marks an important milestone for Diaverum France with the relocation of our Épinay-sur-Seine clinic to new premises, designed to support the centre’s activity in the best possible conditions and, above all, to better meet the needs of our patients.
With 24 dialysis stations, this new facility represents a major step forward for our local presence.
It provides a more spacious, functional environment, fully adapted to the current requirements of dialysis care, while also improving the comfort and overall experience of patients who come to the clinic several times a week and for whom the quality of the care environment is an integral part of their treatment journey.
“For the Épinay teams, this opening marks the completion of a project that has been many months in the making. We are particularly pleased to welcome our patients and colleagues into a more comfortable, functional and innovative centre that will make a very tangible difference to their daily experience.” Lydith Amalki, Clinic Manager – Diaverum Île-de-France
The success of this relocation also reflects the remarkable commitment of our teams.
Throughout the weekend preceding the opening, our medical, nursing, operational, technical and support teams worked closely together to organise the transfer of equipment, prepare the new premises and ensure that the clinic was fully operational from the moment the first patients were welcomed.
This was a significant logistical and organisational challenge, managed with one essential priority in mind: enabling every patient to continue their treatment in the best possible conditions, without any disruption to care and with constant attention to patient safety.
This collective effort was recognised across the Group as a very tangible illustration of our “True Care” culture: combining operational excellence, teamwork and a constant focus on each individual patient.
“The opening of this new centre reflects our ambition for Diaverum France: to continue investing sustainably in our infrastructure, respond to evolving healthcare needs and strengthen our long-term local presence. In Seine-Saint-Denis, as elsewhere, our objective is to build a modern, sustainable and locally accessible nephrology care offering, serving both patients and the wider community.” Francesco Rabasco, Country Manager France
A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to the preparation and successful delivery of this relocation, to the Épinay teams and nephrologists for their commitment throughout this transition period, and to our patients for their trust and understanding during this important stage for the clinic.
We would also like to thank the local health authorities for their support throughout the implementation of this relocation
More than simply a change of address, this opening marks a new step in the development of our activities in Seine-Saint-Denis and in our ambition to provide local, sustainable and human-centred care tailored to the needs of patients living with chronic kidney disease.
