With more than 15 years of experience in the dialysis sector, Sylvain Mulon joins Diaverum as Operations Director for France.
Throughout his career, he has held senior operational and executive leadership roles, building extensive expertise in multi-site management, performance improvement, and leading transformation initiatives within complex and highly regulated healthcare environments.
He also brings significant experience in care pathway organisation and the implementation of digital transformation projects, which will be instrumental in supporting the continued development, operational excellence, and performance of Diaverum’s clinics across France.
