Before joining Diaverum, François developed his professional career at Sanofi, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. He held various positions within the finance organization, gaining strong international experience in diverse cultural environments.
Trançois joined Diaverum as Finance Director of Diaverum Chile on March 18, 2018, before being appointed Country Manager in August 2019, a year and a half later. He was then appointed VP Business Performance for the Europe and LATAM regions in September 2024. Since April 2025, he has been serving as acting General Manager for France.
François successfully led major transformation initiatives aimed at standardizing the quality of clinical care across all Diaverum clinics in Chile, while also playing an active role in the digital transformation of operations.
Results-driven, he also succeeded in strengthening the management team's performance by supporting and leading the country’s business growth, achieving a sustainable annual growth rate above 20%.
François holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Catholic University of Lyon in France.
